Drop a Slack incoming-webhook URL into GoodMarks and every review event posts to your chosen channel. Most teams wire it to a #reviews channel for ambient awareness and a #urgent or DM destination for low-rating private feedback that needs same-day follow-up.

Setup
- 1In Slack: Apps → Manage → Custom Integrations → Incoming Webhooks → Add to Slack → pick a channel.
- 2Copy the webhook URL Slack gives you.
- 3In GoodMarks: Integrations → Outbound webhooks → New endpoint → paste the URL.
- 4Pick the events you want (typical: rating.submitted, private_feedback.created).
