How does the free trial work?

You get full access to all features for 7 days with no credit card required. At the end of your trial, subscribe to keep your review page active.

Monthly or annual, which one should I pick?

Monthly is the safest start. Pick annual once you're confident GoodMarks is the right tool, annual locks in the 20% discount for 12 months, equivalent to two free months. You can switch to annual any time from the billing portal in your dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription whenever you want. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. Email support@goodmarks.io to request it. The 7-day free trial happens before any charge, so the 30-day window only applies after you subscribe.

What happens to my reviews if I cancel?

Your collected feedback data remains in your account. Your public review page becomes inactive until you resubscribe.

How does multi-location pricing work?

Add as many locations as you need under one account. The first location is $30/mo (or $24/mo billed annually) and each additional location is $15/mo (or $12/mo billed annually). All locations share a single dashboard, single login, and single bill, but each gets its own review page, branding, and platforms.

Can I switch between locations easily?

Yes. Pick a location from the workspace switcher in your dashboard. Each location has its own analytics, reviews, and settings, but you stay signed in across all of them.

What if I have 10+ locations or franchises?

Do you have an agency or reseller plan?

Does the base plan include customer sync and the Customers hub?

Yes. Your subscription includes the Customers hub (beta), a unified directory with tags and notes, sorting by spend or jobs, and sync from supported integrations like Housecall Pro. Moments (beta) lifecycle templates are included too; optional Delight gifting still bills as its own add-on when you send gifts.
