Customers hub, unified list, lifetime spend, Housecall Pro sync

Every customer from connected tools rolls into one workspace-wide directory, search and sort by spend, jobs, or recency; tags and notes on the profile; on-demand sync from Housecall Pro so the list stays current. Lifetime spend feeds gifting thresholds and inline warnings in the picker.

Moments, lifecycle automation templates (beta)

Configure emotional touchpoints that fire at the right time, first completed job, post-emergency follow-up, service anniversaries, seasonal prep, post-install check-ins. Built on the same customer graph as Delight and the CRM sync; expands over time as triggers deepen.

Gifting v2: real Goody catalog, bundles, automations, customer picker, beta

The biggest expansion to Appreciation Gifts since launch. Browse the live Goody product graph in a Shopify-density picker (search, brand filter, price tiers). Compose multi-item bundles with a cart and live totals. Automations replace Campaigns, declarative triggers (event + filter + bundle) that queue every fire through an owner approval queue before a provider call goes out. Customer picker lets you send to any past customer, not just review-based; an opt-in lifetime-spend threshold gates eligibility against your Housecall Pro history.

Smart Links with auto-generated QR codes, beta

Unlimited trackable short URLs that 302-redirect to any destination, review pages, booking, promos, warranty registrations. Every Smart Link automatically gets a downloadable PNG/SVG QR code (the visual representation of the link). Power users can add extra placements per link (truck sticker, invoice, counter card, water-heater sticker, yard sign, NFC tag) to track which printed surface actually drives the most scans. Privacy-safe per-click and per-scan logging (hashed IPs, no precise geolocation).

Customer gifting field guide, 80 tactics, 8 chapters

A product-agnostic operator's field guide to customer appreciation gifts. The case, the FTC + IRS + Google legal floor, timing, gift selection by industry and budget, copy-ready note scripts, automation guardrails, adjacent loyalty plays, and the measurement framework that tells you when a gifting program is actually working. ~38 minutes of structured reading; tactics work whether you run GoodMarks Delight or wire your own.

Apple Wallet pass, beta

Add to Apple Wallet button on customer review pages. Pass carries your name, brand color, phone, website, and a QR back to the review form so happy customers can re-share without remembering the URL. Toggle is in Customize.

Implemented and live in beta, flip it on in Customize. Help us harden the rough edges before we drop the beta label.

Google Wallet pass, beta

Same as Apple Wallet for Android Chrome. Renders a Google-Wallet-branded card with the same fields and QR. Owners can enable Apple, Google, or both, independent toggles.

Implemented and live in beta, flip it on in Customize. Report anything weird and we'll fix before the beta tag comes off.

Activity feed: emails, link clicks, QR scans

Every review-request email sent through an integration now lands in the activity feed with a clickable row that opens the exact HTML the customer received, sender, recipient, subject, lifecycle (sent → delivered → opened → clicked → bounced), and the rendered email itself in a sandboxed preview. Link clicks were already tracked; QR scans are now split out from manual taps so you can see whether printed materials are pulling weight.

SMS review requests via your integrations

Most requested · #1 priority

Send the review-ask as a text, through your own Twilio account, or relayed through Housecall Pro / ServiceTitan / GoHighLevel's existing SMS so the message comes from the number your customers already recognize. Email-only is the #1 limitation customers raise; this is the #1 thing we're shipping.

Twilio path: A2P 10DLC registration + per-template merge fields. CRM-relay path: outbound-webhook formatter exists; needs per-provider mapping for HCP and ServiceTitan.

Owner plugins on the 5★ page

After a happy customer leaves a public review, show a thank-you offer the owner controls, promo codes, coupons, gift cards, referral bonuses, holiday-special links. Plugin model so we can add more reward types over time without redeploying.

Schema design in progress. First two plugins targeted: percent-off promo + flat-amount gift card.

More CRM + scheduling integrations

Jobber, Square, Stripe, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Webflow, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, and Calendly + Acuity. Same one-link review-routing trigger as HouseCall Pro and ServiceTitan today. (Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and IFTTT are already live via outbound webhooks.)

Each integration is its own auth + event-mapping pass. Shipping in batches.

Agency CSV export + email recap

Per-client CSV download from /dashboard/agency/reports plus a weekly email summarizing every client's activity. So you can drop a clean number into a client check-in without screenshotting the dashboard.

Lives behind the existing 30-day rollup; queue infrastructure is in place.

Full agency white-label

Replace the small Powered by GoodMarks badge on customer review pages with the agency's brand. Custom domain support included so the public route reads as your-agency.com/customer-name.

Domain validation + SSL automation needs work. Timing follows the agency wholesale tier hitting volume.
