Twilio (native SMS)

Drop in your own Twilio number and GoodMarks sends review-request SMS from inside the app.

Today, native SMS sending requires routing through your CRM's SMS feature (HCP, ServiceTitan) or wiring through Zapier/Make + your own Twilio. The Twilio integration brings that loop in-house: paste your Twilio account SID + auth token + sender number, and GoodMarks sends the review-request SMS directly. Lower latency, fewer hops, owner-controlled sender.

What it does

  • Owner-supplied Twilio credentials, your number, your A2P 10DLC registration, your spend cap.
  • Per-template SMS body editor with merge fields for customer name + first-line job description.
  • Delivery status pulls back through the dashboard so you see opt-out, undeliverable, and queued.
  • Replaces the existing 'paste link into HCP/ST template' flow when you'd rather we own the send.

  • Routing review-request SMS through HCP/ServiceTitan's SMS feature
  • Zapier zaps that bridge GoodMarks → Twilio

Setup

  1. 1Sign up for Twilio if you don't have an account.
  2. 2Buy a sender number, register for A2P 10DLC.
  3. 3Paste account SID + auth token + sender number into the GoodMarks integrations panel.
