What it does
- Token-based auth — paste your G2 API token once, no OAuth flow required
- Syncs verified and non-verified reviews for your G2 product listing
- Star rating, title, review body, and reviewer attributes all available in the inbox
- New review notifications use the same alert settings as Google and Trustpilot
- Filter the inbox by source (g2) to report on B2B review performance separately

Setup
- 1Generate a G2 API token from your G2 Seller dashboard under Settings → API
- 2Find your G2 product ID from your listing URL (e.g. g2.com/products/your-product/reviews)
- 3Paste both into the G2 integration page in GoodMarks
- 4Initial sync of existing reviews kicks off immediately
